Bisher galt als Ziel eine Inflationsrate nahe aber unter 2%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Auf den ersten Blick erscheint die geldpolitische Strategie klar und verst\u00e4ndlich zu sein. Je mehr man jedoch die Umsetzungserl\u00e4uterungen der EZB durchliest, desto verwirrter wird man.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zwar wird der Harmonisierte Verbraucherpreisindex, die heutige Inflationsrate, als geeignete Messgr\u00f6sse best\u00e4tigt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Danach wird aber umfangreich erl\u00e4utert, dass die EZB sich bei ihren Entscheiden mehr auf die eigenen Prognosen und auf sonstige Einfl\u00fcsse abst\u00fctzen will als auf die Inflationsentwicklung.
